Margaritas and Lame Sauce

Lame Sauce - That is all I will say!

Margaritas - So I decided to make margaritas tonight....virgin ones incase you were wondering if I became apostate.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons kosher (coarse) salt 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges 1 can (6 ounce size) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed 1/4 cup orange juice 4 cups ice cubes

Directions:

Place the salt in a shallow dish. Rub the rim of each of 4 margarita glasses with a lime wedge and dip the rims into the salt; set the lime wedges aside.  In a blender, blend the limeade, orange juice, and ice cubes on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until well blended and the ice cubes are crushed.  Pour evenly into the glasses and garnish with the lime wedges. Serve immediately.

This recipe from CDKitchen for Frozen Virgin Margaritas serves/makes 4

They were good but a little sour. Also as far as the vote of the public (Stephen, Micah, Kyle, Stetson, and Kayla) salt on the rim of the glasses was too much and sugar was better.

So I am searching for a newer/better recipe (let me know if you have one). Next time it will be Pina Coladas or Strawberry Daiquiris (all non-alcoholic of course)!

On another note I am a little saddened for several, well maybe only a couple. I am moving out of my home. I have lived here for three years and thats sad.
